Molloy Consultants managed FP2030's transformative Accelerating Access to Postpartum and Postabortion Family Planning Workshop in Kathmandu, managing all aspects of this high-impact gathering that united 150+ delegates from 15 countries across Africa and Asia. Our team developed and facilitated an innovative four-day program that balanced technical presentations with strategic working sessions. It created space for country delegations to analyze their data, identify critical barriers, and develop actionable implementation plans. Beyond event logistics and program design, we crafted a comprehensive event report showcasing key workshop moments and capturing the workshop's outcomes, resulting in 15 country-specific action plans accelerating rights-based family planning services across multiple continents.
